Come join us for this Full Moon Pyramid Session! The Pyramid Session is a one-hour class in which you are initially led through a mantra chanting and singing bowls experience, all building up to a sustained powerful meditative state. This session is open to all levels of meditators. Each participant will be sitting or lying down (whatever most comfortable for you) in your own individual Nubian copper pyramid for the entirety of the class. $50 per person.
