Formerly called Bikram Yoga, this yoga series of twenty-six yoga postures and two breathing exercises is designed to stretch and strengthen your muscles, ligaments, tendons, and internal organs. The posture sequence systematically moves fresh oxygenated blood throughout the body and works on balance, strength, flexibility, and alignment. This class is led in a hot room and is suitable for everyone. It is offered in 60, 75 and 90 minute formats.
