The 5Rhythms are a deep well of learning. In this place, we turn to the Rhythms themselves as our teachers, and allow them to show us not just about the dance, but about life. Gabrielle Roth once said that even after 50 years of teaching the rhythms she still felt that she’d just barely scratched the surface.
In this class, we’ll continue to scratch that surface in the best way we know how. To show up again and again, let the Rhythms be our guide, and surrender into our deepest place of learning, deep into our moving center.
